And like all of our designs, made from genuine commercial upholstery grade Ultrasuede fabric that we import from Japan. This soft, comfortable fabric is breathable, washable and colorfast. Each Flower is centered with a genuine Swarovski Crystal for just a tad of bling. This collar is manufactured in the USA. We recommend yourdog should always be walked with a harness. Our collars are designed for ID tags, charms and for decoration. They are not designed for pulling dogs. Collars are all 1/2″ wide!
